For all you embroidery, silk screening and pad printing needs. On average we can print 5000 - 10 000 (1 colour) units per shift. Depending on the logo, size and quantity we can produce between 1500-2000 embroided garments per shift.Since March 2013 we expanded into Silk Screening and Pad Printing. Our team consists of 40-50 competent staff members. Everything in house with quick turn around times!Waxed Branding has specialised in embroidery for the past 7 years. We have 2 Semi automatics (8 colour and 6 colour) and can print cmyk images for big runs.For pad printing we can print a maximum of 2 colours.

A set-up fee is a one-time fee charged to set up the computer file to tell the embroidery machines what to do for embroidery. For embroidery, this is payment for the time it takes to digitize your logo, which means to put it in a format that the embroidery machine can read.
