Liesel Capper founded the original Toptots Mother and Child programme which she lead for the first five years before selling to Liz Victor and Pat Rehm, who reworked the programme extensively. Together they built Toptots into the leading Early Childhood development programme that it is today. Liz operated from Durban and held a Higher Diploma in Education as well as a further Educational Diploma with Remedial Education. Liz also had a certificate in business administration. She had done courses in infant message and was a reputable BabyGym instructor. Since the day it opened, the business has shown strong, continued growth. There are now 25 franchised Toptots workshops across South Africa and one very strong franchise in Dubai. We have a very powerful support program in place, and will guide you every step of the way with our practical, hands-on approach. Our work is making sure that the members of our Toptots team are happy in their business, and to make sure that the business helps them achieve whatever their personal goals may be. We believe that being with your children, and being involved in their lives with love, is the single most important thing that you will ever do with your life. We hope to help grownups understand their children better, and to promote the bond of love between parents (or caregivers) and children. We aim to spread love across Southern Africa, and to positively influence the lives of thousands of children and their parents. To maintain a strong team spirit, and open channels of communication. By positively influencing a child, you will change the destiny of the world into infinity. Play time is so important for our children as a foundation for learning.
