While we cannot offer our famous steaks and spare ribs at the same prices we did back in the 60’s, we do guarantee the same great tasting food that has kept patrons coming back for decades. Our ingredients are locally sourced from the very best providers, all under the watchful eye of our head chef. Each cut of meat is lovingly prepared and cooked to perfection. After all, our customers have become our friends, and we look after our friends. The Thunder Gun menu has not changed much over the last 40 years, it hasn’t needed to (Generations upon generations of satisfied customers can’t be wrong), though we do offer a wonderful selection of seasonal specials for the gastro-adventurer. Unless otherwise requested, all steaks are basted in our special sauce which contains the finest wine, herbs and sauces. fillets so tender, crumbed golden brown and served with your choice of sauce. ham and cheese wrapped in chicken fillet, deep fried and topped with cheese sauce. spinach, bacon and feta cheese wrapped in a chicken fillet, topped with cheese sauce. butterflyed and grilled with lemon butter, served with all the trimmings.
