As TSI’s founder and managing director, Michael is focused on business management and technical systems architecture, as well as on ensuring TSI’s continued smooth sailing. He is also a multi-faceted leader, with a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), a Toastmasters qualification, a technical writing course behind him. Renowned for his leadership style and for his dynamic hands-on workshops covering computer architecture and support, networking fundamentals, advanced TCP/IP, intrusion detection and prevention systems and IT security. At TSI Neill is responsible for systems analysis and software development, while also lending a helping hand with company navigation in the form of marketing. Drawing on his BSc Engineering degree and over 25 years’ experience in the software industry, Neill also heads up the company’s LabInfo LIMS (laboratory information management system) offering. The LabInfo project was started in 2004 and the system is now successfully in use in a variety of laboratories. Neill enjoys the mix of client interaction with hands-on software design and development. Sheena is responsible for the financial management and administration in her role as CFO at TSI. If she can’t assist directly then know you are in good hands as she will ensure that your need is met through one of the capable team. She is task orientated and an excellent trouble-shooter. Her ability to organise functional systems and effective methods has resulted in timeous returns, smooth audits and happy suppliers. We are proud to say that TSI has never missed a payment due date and has a perfectly clean track record. Devesh completes the management team as the Business Development Manager, being responsible for understanding the requirements of both our clients and the growth of TSI. He ensures efficient solutions are not only provided but completed. With over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry in a wide spectrum of company size, he is adept at growing the IT infrastructure of small businesses as they grow into larger enterprises. Devesh has the knowledge to guide businesses on what is required to run an efficient and cost effective IT infrastructure. With Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce Degrees Devesh has developed a deep understanding of how IT Solutions can augment Business Strategy.
