Candidates who are found suitable, are interviewed and if required are put through a battery of technical assessments. If psychometric testing is required, this is for the client’s account. All candidates forwarded to a client are reference checked (minimum of two references are obtained, where possible) Where possible, a maximum of three short-listed candidates are forwarded per job vacancy, unless instructed otherwise by the client. All CV's are comprehensive, itemising the candidate's qualifications and full working history. Until the candidate has been placed in the position, all costs are for the account of The Resources Shop, with the exception of airfares should the candidates have to fly in for interviews.
