Zwelani is a qualified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa and a member of Institute of Directors. Zwelani is also a holder of an Advanced Diploma in Business and Accounting and is due to complete his Masters in Professional Accounting with The University of London. He is an entrepreneur, business developer and strategist and has been involved in setting up and supporting of local, regional and international businesses including logistics companies, service companies, franchise businesses, media companies (China), micro finance and international money transfer companies based in South Africa and UK. A seasoned business development practitioner with over 20 years business management experience at executive level. Artkins is passionately involved in Enterprise and Supplier Development, Strategy Formulation and implementation for various types of sectors. Ndaba is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 16 years investment and merchant banking as well as general finance industry experience having previously worked in RAD Investment Bank’s Corporate Finance dept, Standard Bank’s Corporate Finance dept and at Absa Bank’s merchant banking division. He further held a number of top executive positions in the group before becoming Chief Executive in In 2003 Simon took over the chairmanship of Woolies’ Australian subsidiary, Country Road. During Simon’s 10 year period as CEO, he strongly reinforced his view that a business, deeply rooted in values and passionately delivering on sustainability, can bring real value to all stakeholders culminating in a substantial increase in shareholder value. Simon is currently Non-Executive Chairman of the Woolworths Group, and the London based, Virgin Active fitness business. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Right to Care and Right to Care Health Services. Peter also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is the Chairman of Business Against Crime South Africa. Peter also served as Non-Executive Director on the board of Transnet Limited, chaired the Board of Trustees of Transnet Second Defined Benefits Fund, and served on Transnet’s Risk Committee and the Audit Committees, which he also chaired. In addition, he previously served on the board of Telkom. Peter is a former Group CEO of Alexander Forbes and Deputy MD of Old Mutual. Before joining Old Mutual, he was a Partner and served on the National Executive of accounting firm Ernst & Young.
