Together with our principles, LMA Company, we strive to bring innovative and clinical proven products to the market place such as the addition of the LMA MAD to our range.
Our dedicated team have been working closely with anaesthetists and hospitals for over 20 years to ensure that the comprehensive range of LMA ™ products are available to fulfil all anaesthetic requirement’s from routine elective anaesthesia to the management of a difficult airway and emergency care.

The L-Mesitran range of products can be used over a wide range of wounds, from your everyday scrapes & cuts to heavily exuding wounds. L-Mesitran is a pioneering product range, based on Medical Grade Honey, available worldwide since 2002 with excellent clinical results. Combined hydrogel & honey pad on a strong fixation layer. The open weave in the net allows for passage of wound exudate to be absorbed by a secondary dressing, thus avoiding maceration of the surrounding tissue. Antibacterial and non-adhesive for acute & chronic superficial wounds. Creates a moist wound environment & stimulates healing. Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (NCPAP) is a therapy in daily use with nasal prongs and nasal masks. Evidence suggests that use of both prongs and masks can cause trauma to the septum of preterm infants with equal frequency. Pediatrics (2012) reports that in premature infants, NCPAP was more effective at preventing intubation and ventilation within 72 hours of starting therapy when given via nasal masks compared with nasal prongs. The single heated limb includes our unique double seal water trap for efficient management of condensate. Humidity management in patients with bypassed airways is essential to maintain normal lung function and help protect against hospital acquired infections. Inadequate humidification, in patients with bypassed airways, can disrupt secretion mobility across the mucocillary system, leading to thickening of secretions, ineffective secretions, atelectasis or systemic infection and has been reported to increase work of breathing and cause dehydration. Maintaining secretion transport across the mucosal epithelium leads to better patient outcomes. This can be achieved by delivering optimal humidification to the mechanically ventilated patient with bypassed airways. In respect of non-intubated patients, provision of non-invasive respiratory therapies without adequate humidification can cause patients to experience discomfort and irritation of the upper airway mucosa, causing lack of patient co-operation and poor therapy outcomes. Breathing systems designed especially for use with workstations from GE Healthcare.
