My only hope at that point was that our product & service would be somewhat appealing to the people of Kaapstad. Our team of chefs has also grown to 4, which has naturally improved our planning & service delivery. Google have also kindly placed Spit Braai Delivery at the top of Google for quite a number of searches. Each and every order gives us that little bit more wisdom to ensure we’re always improving. My guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality AND quantity! Service is excellent and food was absolutely divine. Build your menu: Lamb, potatoes, salads, garlic rolls, starters, puddings. The guests RAVED about the food and the kids were just thrilled with their party boxes too. In an era of poor service delivery, the service was professional and it was all well worth the money in terms of convenience, not to mention a very competitive pricing structure. They were also one of only a handful of caterers prepared to cater for the small number of people. Flavour of the lamb was great, only thing that was disappointing was that the lamb was in chunks (more like a stew). A Grade Meat We only trade in the best South African A grade meat.
