Kukhula has been promoting growth in individuals and organisations since 2002, by developing staff through our dynamic facilitation and customized Qualifications to suit our clients industry. We are an equity organization with a Level 1 B-BBEE Scorecard with over 15 years of training experience in all business sectors. We have branches in Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Cape Town and East London, in addition we have associates in towns and cities throughout South Africa, giving us a national footprint. Kukhula is growing and we have opened up branches in East London and Stellenbosch in addition we have three new divisions to enable us to provide a holistic HR solution to our clients. Kukhula now consists of Training and Development; Psychometric Assessments; Placement and Empowerment; and Employee Relations. Kukhula have partnered with HR consultants that specialise in all HR Related activities in the workplace. Design and implement customised Policies and Procedures, and ensure alignment with statutory requirements. The Kukhula Training Division was established in We focus on ensuring the learner has got practical, work-related skills and competencies that are aligned to Qualifications and Skills Programmes. We partner with our clients and customise the Qualifications to ensure that the learners can apply their skills practically in the workplace to promote increase in productivity by enabling the learner to perform optimally in the workplace.
