Kidz College Nursery SchoolAre you tired of daycare centres babysitting your child?  Then our school is the answer.  We are a small full- or half- day school (open 07h00 - 18h00) that will stimulate and prepare your child for life.  We cater for children from 2 years of age until Grade 0 and follow the GDE curriculum and prepare the kids for "Big School".  Every day is filled with fun activities which comprises of the 3 main learning areas namely: Numeracy, Literacy and Life Skills. We provide nutritional breakfasts, 3 snacks daily as well as a balanced cooked lunch.  We will care for your child with love and understanding.

Kidz College caters for children from two years to six years old. Our aim is to develop and nurture children so that they will venture from our school as positive and secure individuals and will be able to face the future with confidence. Michelle van der Berg is the owner of the pre-school and has been running the school successfully since Michelle is a qualified Junior and Pre-Primary teacher and has a 4 year teaching Diploma. She has taught Grade 1’s for four years and has been teaching nursery school children since She is actively involved with the school and teaches the senior class whilst overseeing and guiding the junior class teacher. This week will always be combined with public holidays to make it easier for you. We do not inhibit a child’s spontaneity, but guide and channel it into the right direction. We keep our children productively busy and stimulated so that they do not resort to disruptive behaviour. The parent, teacher and principal work together to deal with any persistent and worrying discipline problems. Our programme also accommodates enrichment and remedial activities. Themes are relevant, child centred and coincide with world events and public holidays. The children are assessed on a daily basis and reports are presented bi-annually. Your child’s progress and development is discussed with you on an ongoing basis.
