Mike Sandler, the Managing Director of Full Value Financial Services (Pty) LTD, has been involved in the Training and Consulting Industry since He founded Mike Sandler and Associates, a financial training and consulting company which, in association with KPMG, offered a limited number of South Africa specific courses in and around South Africa. In 2002 the company evolved into what is now known as Full Value Financial Services (Pty) LTD:A dynamic, hands-on financial training and consulting company which strives for excellence by adding VALUE, with an approach which is holistic and client specific. Mike has extensive practical experience in financial markets, having held senior managerial positions within commercial and investment banks as well as within specialized trading houses. We focus on providing generic and customised workshops for financial institutions and the banking industry. These courses could range from Treasury Management to Corporate Governance. Generally, the delegates have a tertiary qualification, but this is not a prerequisite. Some workshops cater for new entrants into the job market, whereas other workshops are aimed at seasoned practitioners.
