Ewisilen Financial Services offers a training workshop.  The aim of the workshop is educate individuals or employees on how to prevent being over-indebted by touching on subjects like budgeting,  will & trust  and interest rates.  If a person finds themselves being over-indebted what are the solutions available by discussing subjects like debt counselling, liquidation and sequestration. Ewisilen Financial Services This would benefit both employer  and the employees because:·Employees are less distracted and more focused on company objectives.·Decreased stress related sickness and absenteeism.·Decreased HR costs- fewer garnishments and pay advance requests.·Reduced workload for payroll department.·Decreased incidents of theft, fraud etc.·Increased ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues, and to take instructions from supervisors.·No more collection calls at work.We are debt counsellors registered and accredited by the National Credit Regulator.  We started out doing debt counselling/debt review and came to realise that people are not educated about how to deal with their finances.  It does not help to put them on debt review if they are going to be back in the same place of being over indebted in a few years.  We were trading as Independent Debt Counsellors (iNDC).  We are slowly phasing out the iNDC name and adopting Ewisilen Financial Services (EFS) because our focus is on educating people learning from our own mistakes and the mistakes of clients that we have that applied for debt review.  The company is wholly owned and managed by Neli Ntombela.    The company currently has 3 full time employees and 1 part time employee.  There 1 office manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the office.  The other employees are out to companies conducting the workshop.We would appreciate it if we can be granted the opportunity to offer this workshop, and. We fluently speak 6 of the South African official languages.
