She is a Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. She is the HR Lead Auditor for SABPP endorsed by the British ISO Board. She is also a member of the Chattered Institute for the Management of Assessment Practice (CIMAP-UK), a member and a registered mentor for the Business Woman Association (BWA) and she has more than 25 years of working experience.
