Davies Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd specializes in the supply of the following diagnostics products to the Southern African Market: Microbiology, Veterinary, Serology, Immunology, Haematology, Molecular Biology and General laboratory supplies.

Davies Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1983 primarily to distribute the range of products manufactured by Mast Laboratories, United Kingdom. Since 1988 we have expanded by introducing new products and technology into the microbiology, haematology, immunology, serology, veterinary and general laboratory markets. The Company employs eighteen people, including four Technical Sales Consultants, visiting laboratories throughout the country on a daily basis. The Technical Sales Consultants as well as the Operations Manager, Customer support, Sales Director and the Managing Director are qualified in medical microbiology and have sales /marketing experience and qualifications. From South Africa we also deal directly with neighbouring states such as Swaziland, Lesotho. We also export to other Southern African countries such as Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. We have a team of very enthusiastic people who are working hard to grow the Company. Mast is a world class manufacturer of diagnostic tests for the clinical & veterinary markets. Mast's portfolio incorporates an array of EIA, latex agglutination, disc diffusion and multipoint products, which in addition, detection and antibiotic subsceptibility profiling of infectious pathogens eg. Their product range includes items for cell culture and transfection, innate immunity, cytokine signalling, antibodies and vaccination. Liofilchem manufactures mirobiology products for clinical and industrial use. Since commencement in 1983, Liofilchem has grown from a small, regional manufacturer of prepared culture media to a global provider of high-quality microbiology products. Founded in 2001 and a subsidiary of Omega Diagnostics Group PLC, Cambridge Nutritional Sciences Ltd was formed to provide specialist services for food intolerance and other diseases related to nutrition. Streck is an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of products for clinical and research laboratories. Established in 1971, and one of the industry’s earliest pioneers. It's core products are haematology and flow cytometry controls and reagents. After introducing the first three and five-part differential controls the company developed the first reticulocyte control and offers patent-protected five-part differential controls, plus reculocytes and nucleated red blood cells. Other Streck products include automated erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate analyzers, point of care chemistry controls and unique quality devices. Microbiologics, Inc. is the manufacturer of lyophilized quality control microorganisms. Their extensive product line offers more than 600 lyophilized strains. Scientific Device Laboratory makes an array of innovative products for clinical laboratories and academia. These include rapid stains for mycology, mycobacteriology and parasitology; a variety of affordable control slides; custom printing & coating of microscope slides and unique cutting-edge microfluidics. We also produce an array of RID kits for quantitative analysis of immunoglobulin concentrations in many species, and other immunological assays such as Coombs' and FPT kits.
