Her background in financial management has provided her with the understanding of what a business needs to look at in terms of structuring its financial growth. Gail has been the managing director for a skills development company for a number of years before becoming more involved in Socio Economic Development. Gail is active on a number of boards but is widely known for her work in the Diepsloot community as founder and trustee of the Wot-If Trust. After running his own company for 8 years in the area of marketing and branding, Lerato made a career transition to becoming a full time business coach. On a daily basis Lerato meets with various small businesses assisting them in their go to market strategy, sales, marketing and business planning. The methodology is targeted directly at improvement of company specific performance indicators that leads to overall increase in efficiencies.
