When a company, or individual, decides they would like to utilise our services, we start by asking for a brief. Armed with this brief, and before we talk about the cost, our design team will apply their minds to the subject and try to develop a concept that we believe is worthy of our brand. You see we also believe that our brand is best reflected by successful concepts. Once we have created a concept that we believe will truly add value to the clients brand, we establish a value for the concept and propose this to our client. Should client accept the concept, then, and only then, will we ask for payment. Naturally, our agreement states that the client (including client’s agencies or representatives) may not use the concept, in it’s entirety or in part, without first making payment of the agreed sum. If on the other hand we believe that we have not successfully achieved a credible level of novelty and value, then we advise the client that we will not proceed.
