Once the student has completed our training and development and is ready to start working, we start seeking employment for them, as Resource Plus Training and Development is a Recruitment Agency.
Classes run Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm based in Randburg or alternatively we can do 5 Saturday classes if you are working.
Resource Plus Training and Development, training, developing and mentoring individuals with practical skills to get into the workplace. From January our price for the package of training, coaching and psychometric testing will be R2500.00.

WHAT DOES RESOURC. We complete a 5 day training programme (December special is R500), a life coaching session (December special - 9th - 13th December is R350) and a personality psychometric assessment (R300), which we use as a result to help you find a job and helps you to assess your career path.

Psychometric testing We support and guide the individual in their creation of change, showing them the way, removing blocks and dealing with their saboteur. This process assists in their transformation enhancing their lives and reverberating into the lives of their families. We achieve this by being accredited and skilled in administrating, interpreting, reporting and advising on a wide range of psychometric tests, all reliable and valid within the South African context, fair and non-discriminatory. For example, if the client cannot afford to take 7 people out of the business for 2 days, we can stretch the workshops and do half day workshops instead or we will work around the clients availability. This will depend on what units the client wants to do. Resource Plus Training and Development, a non-accredited training institution and recruitment agency established by myself, Preshika Bennideen to provide the unemployed youth and potential job seekers with relevant job-readiness skills, CV development and interviewing skills required to enter into the workplace. The training is provided from a recruitment prospective (therefore it is not an accredited course) so that the job seeker understands the steps of the recruitment and selection process and uses this information to ace the interview and get into their desired career. Resource Plus Training and Development has been established to train, develop, mentor and empower the youth with the aim of equipping the youth with the necessary skills to enter a workplace with the know-how and confidence needed to succeed. You will be introduced to the recruitment process, the basics of Ms Office, career guidance, information about companies’ requirements as well as their individual preferences. We will work together to achieve a common vision and mission, which will be the first stepping stone in providing the foundation for your successful future and in the hope that your dreams of happiness will become a vision of hope. We have successfully placed hundreds of candidates at top performing companies by conducting in-depth interviews at our agency so that we are able to match the candidates’ skills and experience to our clients’ expectations. We provide a 5 day training workshop (mentoring, CV development, how to ace the interview, company preferences, communication and basic computer skills) to up-skill our candidates, so that our candidates are able to differentiate themselves from other job seekers in the market. Which will determine the culture fit between you and a company. This consists of a 6 months practical work experience programme in order for the student to complete their portfolio and graduate from University. Working as an intern at Resource Plus has been challenging, but it has prepared me for the workplace. it has equipped me with essential skills required in the workplace.
